How the morning unfolds —

5:40 AM — Gates Open

Come early, soak it all in.

6:00 – 6:25 AM — Zumba Warm-Up

We're kicking things off with a high-energy Zumba session. Move your body, shake off the nerves, and get ready.

6:25 AM — Runner Line-Up & Assembly

Head to the start line. You're about to do something great.

6:40 AM — 5K Run Flag-Off

This is your moment. Go.

6:50 AM — Start Line Closes

Please ensure you're at the start line before 6:50 AM. Participants will not be permitted to begin the run after this time.

7:40 – 8:00 AM — Cool Down Session

Stretch it out. You've earned it.

8:00 AM — DJ Set Begins

Because every finish line deserves a celebration.

10:00 AM — Event Close

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

* No BIB, No Entry. Your race BIB is required for venue access and the race route — please don't forget it.

* BIBs will not be distributed on race day. Collect yours at the expo on 29 or 30 May.

* Spectators and family will not be permitted inside the venue.

* One BIB = one registered participant. Please do not exchange or share BIBs.

* There is no dedicated parking at the venue. We encourage you to use public transport or a ride service.

* Please ensure your personal medical insurance is valid prior to race day. The event does not provide individual medical coverage.
