2. Registration Policy: Once confirmed, registrations are final; they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified under any circumstances.

4. Health and Safety: Participation in the Shivaji Park Green Marathon is at your own risk. Participants should assess their own fitness and health conditions and consult with a healthcare provider prior to the event.
