Santa Run Kochi 2024

Dear Participants,

Please read the following guidelines and instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during the Santa Run:

1. BIB & Race Kit Distribution
   • Venue: Decathlon, Vytilla, Kochi
   • Date: December 7th, 2024
   • Time: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
2. Mandatory Guidelines
   • Strictly adhere to all rules and regulations laid down by the organizers on race day for your safety and that of others.
3. T-shirt and BIB Requirements
   • Wear the t-shirts provided in your race kits with your BIB securely fixed to its front side throughout the run.
4. Family Safety Measures
   • Families participating in the fun run are requested to ensure the safety of their children at all times.
5. Age Proof for Podium Finishers
   • Podium finishers in all categories must produce valid age proof for verification to claim the cash prize.
6. Communication from Organizers
   • By registering for the event, you agree to receive SMS and WhatsApp updates about race details and results.
7. Cloakroom Facility
   • A cloakroom will be available for your convenience. However, please note:
     • Valuables such as mobile phones, wallets, and similar items cannot be accepted.
     • Only common items like t-shirts, shorts, and keys may be deposited.
     • Items should be placed in a bag when depositing them.
     • The organizers are not liable for any loss; depositing valuables is at your own risk.
8. Hydration Stations
   • Hydration stations will be set up along the route to keep you refreshed. Please make use of them responsibly.
9. Medical Assistance
   • Medical aid stations will be available on-site. Notify volunteers immediately in case of any health concerns.
10. Event Timing and Punctuality

• Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the race begins to avoid last-minute inconveniences.

1. Photography and Media Consent

• By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
