Our Bharat, despite significant progress in healthcare and nutrition, still faces widespread malnutrition and nutrient deficiencies. This issue cuts across various demographics, including children, youth, women and adults. Nutritional deficiencies can result in serious health concerns, especially in a country where a large section of the population depends on agricultural incomes, yet suffers from poor dietary diversity.
The primary objective of this event is to promote awareness about the importance of nutrition and fitness among the community, especially among Children’s, Youth and Health & Fitness enthusiasts. Our aim is to educate to participants about healthy eating habits and daily fitness.
