1- The President’s Bodyguard - President’s Own, World's only Airborne Cavalry Regiment, Oldest Risala and the senior-most Regiment of the Indian Armed Forces

4- PBG Soldierathon supports the Troops & Horses of the PBG, and the Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre, where our wounded soldiers undergo treatment and rehabilitation

C- Race Categories and Eligibility

1- 10 KM Run – Timed Paramveer Run | Age Eligibility: 12 years and above

2- 5 KM Mahaveer Run/ Walk – Non-Timed | Age Eligibility: 10 years and above

3- 3 KM Veer Run/ Walk – Non-Timed | Age Eligibility: 8 years and above

4- Cheer Buddy – Supporter Category | For those accompanying participants without running

Run in honour of our bravehearts. Honour the sacrifice, loyalty, courage, and devotion to duty of our pride of the nation.The PBG Soldierathon Open 10K Challenge is open to eligible participants registered for the PBG Soldierathon Open 10K race.

Team Composition

• Each team must consist of 5 registered runners.

• A minimum of 1 female runner is mandatory in every team. Teams may include more female runners.

• All five runners must be registered under the same team before registrations close.

• No substitutions will be permitted after the registration deadline.

Championship Format

• Team rankings will be determined by the lowest average official net chip finish time of all five runners.

• Every team member must complete the entire 10K course.

• The team with the fastest average finish time will be declared the PBG Soldierathon Open 10K Champion.

F- Important Note

Booked tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

T-shirt size selected during registration will not be changed during the Race/BIB Expo.

G- Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. This means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.

H- Waiver statement: 

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the PBG Soldierathon, Sunday, 2nd August 2026. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers, it's agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.

Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

I declare, confirm and agree as follows that I / my ward.

I have provided accurate and complete information in this application form, and I/my ward is solely responsible for it's correctness.

I have thoroughly read and understood the details.

I- Medical Advisory

I fully comprehend the risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the PBG Soldierathon, Sunday, 2nd August 2026, or any event mentioned in this application (collectively referred to as “the Event”), and I will be participating entirely at my/his/her own risk.

I acknowledge that I/my ward will only participate on the route planned by myself in this event.

I understand that I/my ward must possess an adequate level of fitness and have trained appropriately to engage in this physically demanding event, and I/my ward have secured medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner to participate.

On behalf of myself/ourselves and our legal representatives, I waive all claims of any kind against organizers, all Sponsors of the Event PBG Soldierathon, Sunday, 2nd August 2026.

This includes committee members, officials from the Fitistan and Soldierathon team and all other individuals and entities connected to the Event, along with their directors, employees, agents, and representatives. This waiver covers any claims that may arise from my/my ward's participation in the Event, including those related to illness, injury, death, or any other circumstances.

I will provide Event officials with any medical information regarding me/my ward that they may request. I understand that nothing in this document requires Event officials, organizers, or any other parties to incur expenses or provide treatment.

I acknowledge that in the event of any illness, injury, or death affecting me or my ward due to medical reasons or conditions associated with the Event, whether pre-existing or not, and regardless of whether I or my ward have disclosed such conditions to anyone, none of the Event organizers Fitistan, Soldierathon Team, sponsors ,members of the organizing Committee, officials or any individuals or entities connected to the Event, including their office bearers, employees, agents, or representatives, shall be held liable by me, my ward, or our representatives. by me, my ward, or our representatives.

In case of any illness, transmittable/communicable/contagious disease or injury caused to me/my ward or death suffered by me/my ward during the Event or due to any force majeure Event including but not limited to fire, riots or other civil disturbances, earthquakes, storms, typhoons or any terrorist act, none of the sponsors of the Event or authorities, any of the Fitistan & Soldierathon Committee members, officials or any persons or entities associated with the Event or the directors, employees, agents or representatives of all or any of the aforementioned shall be held liable by me/my ward or my/my ward’s representatives.

Acknowledge, consent to and unconditionally allow Fitistan & Soldierathon to share the information provided by me or my ward in this application with any entities connected to the PBG Soldierathon, Sunday, 2nd August 2026, at its discretion.

I/my ward understand, agree and irrevocably permit Fitistan & Soldierathon to use my/my ward’s photograph/ video which may be photographed/ recorded on race day and/or during various functions of the Event, for the purpose of promoting Soldierathon runs in future, at it's own discretion.

I/my ward do agree to receive information and offers of various brands/products/services as may be sent to me/my ward by the Event organizers (or a person duly authorized by the Fitistan & Soldierathon ) on the email address given by me/my ward in this application form.

I/my ward understand and agree that my/my ward’s data (i.e. name, email id, address, PAN number (if provided)) shall be shared with partnered charity organizations in order to receive a donation receipt / acknowledgement for any donation made.

I/my ward understand and agree that I/my ward shall receive Event related updates on the registered mobile number through WhatsApp.

I/my ward understand and agree to the Event rules and guidelines.

Fitistan & Soldierathon, along with its Office Bearers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, does not guarantee that:

(a) the service will fulfill your needs;

(b) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors;

(c) the outcomes derived from using the service will be accurate or dependable;

(d) the quality of any products, services, information, or materials obtained through the service will meet your expectations; and

(e) any software errors will be rectified within a specified timeframe.

You recognize that any material downloaded or accessed through the service is at your own risk, and you take complete responsibility for any damage to your computer system or data loss that may result from these downloads.

I have reviewed the Fitistan & Soldierathon Data Protection Policy. I understand the importance of data processing for registering for events owned by Fitistan & Soldierathon.

I am aware of the ways in which my personal data may be utilized by the Fitistan & Soldierathon.

I acknowledge that such processing of personal data is essential for legal compliance related to contracts and security.

I understand and accept that without my consent to process my personal data, Fitistan & Soldierathon may not be able to assist me with participation or registration.

I hereby consent to the Fitistan & Soldierathon processing my personal data for the purposes outlined in the Data Protection Policy.
