Refund Policy – KonfCraz Creation

At KonfCraz Creation, we strive to deliver a seamless experience for all participants. However, since marathon registrations involve extensive pre-event arrangements (such as logistics, permits, bibs, medals, and t-shirts), we follow the refund policy outlined below:

1. No Refund Policy

Once registration is completed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including injury, illness, travel issues, or personal reasons.

This policy ensures fair planning and commitment towards all registered participants.

2. Event Postponement

In case the event is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances (like weather, government orders, or public safety reasons), all registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date.

Participants will be notified via email, social media, and our official website.

3. Event Cancellation

If the event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, participants will receive a partial refund (up to 50%) or a transfer to a future event organized by KonfCraz Creation.

4. Transfer of Registration

Participants can transfer their bib or registration to another person up to 15 days before the event date by emailing us at konfcraz.creation@gmail.com.

Transfer requests after the deadline will not be accepted.

5. Force Majeure

In situations beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.), KonfCraz Creation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without obligation of refund.

By attending or joining this event, if any injury, loss, liability is caused to me or my property, I AND/ OR any of my family members or any representative shall not hold anyone including fellow participants , event company and it's members liable Or responsible for the same.

- I affirm and state that I am physically and mentally fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated event. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liyabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
