Armed Forces Flag Day Run – Darjeeling 2026

The Armed Forces Flag Day Run 2026 is a special fundraising running event being organised by the Zila Sainik Board, Darjeeling to honour the courage, sacrifice and service of our Armed Forces veterans and their families.

The event will take place on Sunday, 4 October 2026, amidst the scenic surroundings of Darjeeling. Participants can choose from 10 KM, 5 KM and 3 KM race categories, making the event suitable for runners and fitness enthusiasts of different abilities.

Run for a Cause

Armed Forces Flag Day is observed every year on 7 December as a tribute to the brave men and women who have served the nation. The Flag Day Fund supports the welfare, rehabilitation and wellbeing of ex-servicemen, differently-abled soldiers, war widows and families of fallen soldiers.

By participating in this run, you are not only taking a step towards a healthier lifestyle but also contributing towards a meaningful national cause. The entire participant fee will be remitted to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund Account.
