Participants must collect their event kit, including their bib and T-shirt, on 18 July during the designated collection hours. Event kits will not be distributed on race morning except under exceptional circumstances announced by the organizers.

The run begins from Khaitan Public School.

A high-energy Wrangler DJ Car will lead the runners throughout the route, creating an exciting race atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to enjoy the music while maintaining safe running etiquette and following instructions from volunteers and marshals.

After crossing the finish line at Anytime Fitness, Rajendra Nagar, celebrate with our Coffee Rave, breakfast, recovery sessions, giveaways, and partner experiences.

👥 Eligibility

This event is open to all age groups.

Participants under 18 years of age should register with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult wherever required.

📸 Media Consent

By participating, I grant the organizers permission to capture and use photographs, videos, interviews, and recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, social media, and future event purposes without compensation.

Wear your official bib visibly throughout the run.

Follow the designated race route.

Respect fellow runners, volunteers, and public property.

Dispose of waste responsibly.

Follow hydration and safety instructions.

Any misconduct, dangerous behaviour, cheating, or harassment may result in immediate disqualification.

❌ Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Registrations are non-refundable.

Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event.

Transfers are permitted only if officially announced by the organizers before the specified deadline.

In case of severe weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, the event may be rescheduled. No refunds will be applicable in such cases.
